Experience Kundalini

 Today I don’t want to teach or motivate on any topic but share some experience on one of the most searched topic in spiritual world. Last year in 2018 , as I was following SKY centre yoga and meditation methods it was going as usual just normal routine, since I have just started as a beginner and after 4-5 months of practice I was introduced in Kaya Kalp Yoga . Its A Yoga which involves some basic breathing method (some part of commonly known as Ashwini Mudra) . For understanding detail of Kaya Kalp one has to attend one day class organized by SKY masters at various centres. I observed suddenly some changes in my food habits , it was impact of this yoga. I started avoiding curry food specially in evening and begin to loose some weight as well.

During month of December in 2018, I decided to fast on fruits for few days . My body became bit lighter and around 4th day of fasting , I had some vibration running on my spine in evening  and I thought it will stop in sometime . But as soon as I lay straight on my bed and did some last Kaya Kalp exercise as part of daily routine before sleep . I had some vibration running down my spine and than a major spark occurred in my head and within fraction of seconds went to sleep and not aware of what happened after that. And in  morning as I woke up I was feeling lighter as I have never felt , during whole day I was in love with everything I could observe various sounds and minute details around. I felt my body was floating and  while walking I was aware & conscious of my all body movements . During whole day I was not judgemental and was having compassion for everything around me. I could feel that no sort of negativity could affect me.

However, after 2 days it all got vanished . I shared this experience with one of the masters in yoga , he understood what I wanted to convey as only experienced and those who have mastered this can advise , he just mentioned keep practicing silently and don’t have expectations .It was one life time experience but never felt the same again. I will again share my similar experiences if it occurs in future.

I could clearly understand one thing out of this that your body should be toxic free in order to absorb universal energy . Need to be on lighter diet of fruits and avoid any kind of heavy food stuff. Because once we are aware of what we consume and drink , we can become conscious living being .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Success in Harmony of Life

Harmony is a precious treasure of human life . Real success , satisfaction and happiness are but the different aspects of harmony . To enjoy the benefits of life to it’s fullest , it is very much required that we develop and maintain harmony. Practice and understanding are required . It should be maintained in five areas of our life and these are :

  1. Between body and life 2. Between wisdom and habits 3. between self and society 4. between the purpose of life and method of living 5. between will and nature

The more we understand life , the more we will achieve harmony and success would be proportionate to that . No doubt harmonizing life is tedious task.  But its worth all the striving, for it is the only way to equip ourselves to enjoy life to fullest extent and strive for our goal in life.

The path seems to be difficult at beginning but it lighten’s as one proceed. It helps to remove obstacles in life and solve the problems.

Harmonization is the art of streamlining the mind and disciplining the body by following important principles such as creativity , receptivity , acceptability , adaptability , tolerance , humility and magnanimity.

I would continue with some upcoming blogs on purpose of conscious yoga in life , power of blessings during meditation , practical experiences of removal of blockages of subconscious.
